I was struck by the dichotomy between the textures of the leaves and the crumbling concrete. This is taken with a long lens, at about 6 or 7 feet away, with very little processing on the photo.

Wow. This is exactly the kind of shot that I love to see. Varying textures, as you say, but such Complimenting textures, at that! The vibrance of that green beside the dull shade of the concrete...the filtered sunlight...
