The second study of the subject in The Railing. I prefer this angle and the sense of suspension the darkness gives the walkway and the shadow of the railing.

Good Evening Alimuse,
Happy Sunday.
I prefer this one, the shaded areas
give it a bridge feel. The black has
a touch of the unknown.
The shadows cast, are wonderful
viewed in large. Very Nice Work.

Have A Great Week.

Thanks, Slim. I prefer this one, too. I think I''m going to drop the other into Scraps! I really appreciate your input! Thanks!

Impressive play of light and shadow, brilliantly executed. Kudos.

Creativity is allowing yourself to make mistakes. Art is knowing which ones to keep.

Yes, a bridge feel, but, kind of a long treachorous walkway, this reminds me of a scene in Alien, like something lurking beneath the metal walkway.

Far better is it to dare mighty things, to win glorious triumphs, even though checked by failure...than to rank with those poor spirits who neither enjoy much nor suffer much, because they live in a gray twilight that knows not victory nor defeat.
Hmmm...sounds like the stuff of nightmares, to me! :D
